alphaSet has changed

Since 2004, alphaSet has been successfully matching well-funded investors to the right properties – bringing its profound knowledge of and many years’ experience in commercial real estate together with an extensive, curated database of investor profiles, properties and sellers.

Against this strong background and its extensive industry expertise, alphaSet GmbH was acquired by a new owner this summer, a subsidiary of a larger group of companies which – amongst others – has many years of commercial real estate management experience, bringing with it many valuable contacts.

In terms of the basic principles, nothing has changed. alphaSet continues to act as an international commercial real estate broker, leveraging its extensive network to ensure that the right connections are made. Manfred Michl is also continuing, focusing on the hotels asset class in particular and working alongside a new team of dedicated specialists.

The sale opens new doors and possibilities; thanks to the profound knowledge and long-standing experience in property management, previously untapped potential can now be explored.
